Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed and dispatched on the next working day after successful order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive shipping updates via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Delivery Timeline

  • Dispatch Time: Next Working Day
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7–10 Business Days from the date of dispatch.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier partner availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. SkinSapiens will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, returns and refunds are accepted only under specific conditions.

Return Eligibility
A return request will only be accepted if:

  • The request is raised within 3 days of receiving the product; and
  • The request is raised within 13 days from the original order date; and
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging; and
  • The item received is damaged, defective, leaked, incorrect, or missing.

Both conditions must be met: within 3 days of delivery AND within 13 days of the order date. Requests made after either of these periods will not be accepted.

Mandatory Video Requirement
To ensure transparency and prevent fraudulent claims:

  • A clear and uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for all return, replacement, damage, leakage, shortage, or incorrect product claims.
  • The video must begin before opening the package and clearly show the sealed parcel, shipping label, and the complete unboxing process.
  • Without a valid unboxing video, no return, replacement, refund, or claim will be accepted.

Return Approval
All return requests are subject to verification and approval by SkinSapiens. We reserve the right to reject any request if:

  • The product has been opened, used, damaged, or tampered with by the customer.
  • The return request is submitted outside the eligible return period.
  • Required photos or videos are not provided.
  • The returned item does not match the original order.

Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened skincare or personal care products.
  • Used products.
  • Products purchased during special promotions, clearance sales, or final sale offers.
  • Complimentary gifts or promotional items.

Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer, UPI, or another approved payment method.

Replacement Policy

  • Where applicable, SkinSapiens may provide a replacement product instead of a refund.
  • Replacement requests are subject to product availability and verification of the claim.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
  • Refused deliveries may be subject to shipping and handling deductions.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, leaked, defective, missing, or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery along with your:

  • Order Number
  • Registered Mobile Number
  • Product Photos
  • Clear Unboxing Video

Failure to provide the required evidence may result in rejection of the claim.
